SignKit is designed with privacy and local security at its core. All your documents, signatures, custom stamps, date fields, and exported PDFs are saved locally on your device offline. We do not operate custom backend servers to store or access your documents or personal data.

1. About the App and Developer

2. Data Collection and Usage

We do not require users to create an account or provide personal identification information to use the App.

No User Accounts: You do not need to create an account, log in, or authenticate to use the App.
Local Offline Storage: Documents, drawn signatures, scanned stamps, and annotations are saved securely on your device via Hive and Flutter Secure Storage. Your files remain exclusively on your device.
On-Device PDF Generation: PDF document flattening and signature placement are performed entirely locally without sending your files over the internet.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App uses trusted third-party services to show advertisements and process optional Pro subscriptions securely.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): The App displays banner and rewarded video ads for free users. Google Mobile Ads may collect device identifiers and diagnostic info for ad serving and analytics.

RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: We use RevenueCat with Google Play Billing to process Pro subscriptions safely. RevenueCat processes purchase tokens, product IDs, and entitlement status to manage your subscription access.

4. Subscriptions and Ads

SignKit offers a free tier supported by AdMob ads with a 2 document per month signing limit. Users may watch rewarded video ads for additional daily signing credits or subscribe to SignKit Pro via Google Play to unlock unlimited document signing and remove ads.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not operate remote servers storing user business data. All local app records remain on your device and can be cleared at any time by:

Clearing the App's storage/data in Android System Settings.
Uninstalling the App from your device.

6. Security

Local data stored on your device is protected by Android's application sandbox security. Data transmitted by third-party SDKs (AdMob, RevenueCat) is transferred over encrypted HTTPS connections.
